Home Important People Stuff We Write The Tulane Review

The Tulane Review is all about you. You submit the poetry, prose, and art. You join our editing boards. You select what you think are the best pieces.

Twice a year (once since Katrina) the Tulane Literary Society compiles a selection of prose, poetry, and art sent in from all over the country from people of all ages, genders, and backgrounds. In an anonymous process, the editorial boards meet to select the best of the best, and those go into the Review while the creators are entered into the annals of history. Click here for details.

Otherwords is a book review done in conjunction with the Tulane Bookstore, aka Barnes and Noble. Once or twice a semester, the bookstore gives us boxes of books. Members choose from those books, write a friendly 200-300 word review, and get to keep the books they've reviewed. Issues typically come out the week before midterms and the week before finals.
