For use with your classes, the Language Learning Center has audio-video
and multimedia equipment, pedagogical materials, and specialized rooms
available for instructors to reserve. Click here to make an online reservation
request for equipment, materials, or rooms. You may also make your
request by email, by phone (865-5879), or in person (Newcomb 400,
Reservation Center). For both online and e-mail requests, you will receive
notification via e-mail advising whether or not we are able to confirm your reservation.

Reserved equipment and materials must be picked up in, and returned
to, Room 400.

To insure availability of equipment, materials, or rooms, reservations
should be made as far in advance as possible. In any case, all
reservations should be made at least one day in advance. Please
contact the Reservation Center if you decide to cancel your reservation.

This service is available to faculty only. Please do not send students to
check out equipment or materials for their individual use.
