| Alison Blodorn is a fifth year PhD student in Social Psychology working
under the guidance of Laurie O'Brien. She received her BA in Psychology
from the University of California, Santa Barbara in 2007. As a graduate
student, her interests include stigma, prejudice, and stereotype threat.
Currently, Alison and Dr. O'Brien are collaborating on several studies
investigating lay conceptions of racism as well as studies aimed at identifying
techniques that effectively alleviate stereotype threat among women in male-
