Biographical/Historical note
Lucile Jacoby Blum attended Newcomb College in the 1920's. Honoring her as one of the Centennial Award recipients in 1986, the Committee on Newcomb College wrote of her as an "indefatigable worker." They also noted that "there is little that has transpired in the performing arts in Louisiana in which she has not been a driving force and inspiration."
Scope and Contents note
This collection consists of photocopies of clippings, certificates, posters, and other printed matter about Blum's work in the performing arts.
