Biographical/Historical note
Kathleen Eshleman Maginnis was a New Orleans native and graduate of Sweet Briar College (’37). She returned to her home city and became a leader in women’s organizations, including the Junior League of New Orleans and the Christian Women’s Exchange. This collection documents her involvement with the Republican Party, and more specifically, her work with Women’s Republican Publications, Inc.
