Biographical/Historical note

Nadine Esther Robbert was born on Feb. 2, 1920. She was raised and educated in New Orleans, receiving her B.A. in 1941 from Newcomb College. Nadine Robbert Vorhoff served as President of the Newcomb Alumnae Association in 1974, and is best remembered for initiating the fund drive for the Newcomb Women’s Center. This collection contains materials regarding Newcomb student life, and Tulane football and cheerleading.
