The Naval ROTC Unit sponsors many teams in campus intramural sports and
many specialty organizations that represent the unit on campus and throughout
Louisiana and the southern United States. These include the Drill Team, the Drum
and Bugle Corps, and the Color Guard, all of which participate in many Mardi
Gras parades and other unit and University functions. Other special organizations
which include NROTC representation are a sail team and The Raiders.
