Tulane is working on the institutional development of CEFOREP through the development of the following:

• a vision statement;
• financial and management procedures;
• a computer network, including e-mail;
• an external consultant management system (in progress); and
• a personnel management information system (in progress).

Tulane is also responsible for a financial and operational audit of CEFOREP which will help make CEFOREP eligible to receive NGO status and USAID funds.
