Latin America & Migration Concentration
Several members of the department faculty are affiliated with the Roger Thayer Stone Center for Latin American Studies, one of the premier Latin American Studies programs in the world.
Current areas of expertise and engagement include: Brazilian Society (Huggins), international and Latin American migration to the United States (Fussell, Bankston), and women and social movements in Central America (Viterna).
