What is TCSSA mailing list?
A communication channel for students and scholars at Tulane.
It is in an mail-list form so that only members can distribute
emails within the community and it will be broadcasted to all
other members. Therefore, SPAM IS PROHIBITED.
How to join TCSSA mailing list?
1. Send an email to tcssa@pulse.tcs.tulane.edu
2. Use subject JOIN TCSSA-L
3. Include your full name (name on your student ID), affiliation (e.g.
Math Dept.) and email address.
ALL THESE INFORMATION WILL BE USED ONLY FOR TCSSA PURPOSE AND WILL NOT BE
SHARED WITH THE THIRD PARTY.
How to quit TCSSA mailing list?
1. Send an email to listserv@mailhost.tcs.tulane.edu
2. Leave the SUBJECT empty
3. Put in the text: SIGNOFF TCSSA-L
Need help? How to contact us?
Since this organization is maintained by students/scholars, there is
no fixed responsible person. Therefore the only effective way, when
you are not sure who are currently in charge, is to send an email
to tcssa@pulse.tcs.tulane.edu.
Can I get financial support from TCSSA? How?
Yes, we might be able to provide limited financial support to scheduled
activities. However, due to the restrictions on annual budget, such
activities must relate to TCSSA and have to get approved together with our
budget request.
Could someone pick me up at airport when I arrive in
New Orleans?
Sure. Just tell us your name
and the arrival time. Note: you will be responsible for the parking fee
incurred upon pick-up, which is about $5 but may be upto $20.
How can I help?
Any kind of support is greatly appreciated. We'd love to have volunteers for our
activities. We'd love to hear your ideas and comments. We'd love to accept
other kinds of support and are willing to provide means of monitoring. Please

Question on VISA, registration etc.?
Center for International Students and Scholars is responsible for all
questions related to student VISA/visiting professional VISA and will
provide valuable information on various concerns with regard to
registration, possible delay, changing VISA etc.
