OCLC Record Updating

This information applies to copy cataloguing only:

After you have catalogued a record in Voyager, the corresponding record in OCLC needs to be updated to add our library holdings.  Update information goes in the OCLC updating box located on the SAC cabinet.  Provide either:

  1. Printouts of bib records (or copies of printouts)


  2. Lists of OCLC record numbers, written neatly or copied-and-pasted to a file and printed out.  These lists should include:
