Scholarship

Scholarship is a very important component of Kappa Alpha Theta.  The Alpha Phi Chapter at Tulane University takes pride in its outstanding academic achievements.  We consistently look for ways to recognize and reward the scholastic achievements of our members.

Our chapter currently has the second highest scholarship ranking
in the Greek community at Tulane with a 3.36 GPA!

Alpha Phi Thetas engage in a wide spectrum of academic disciplines; from English to biochemistry, international relations to business, and communication to architecture. A Theta can be found in nearly every department at Tulane University.

Tutoring programs and study workshops are provided to all members to ensure a solid academic focus.  We maintain a database of professor and course recommendations to assist our members in their curriculum selection.

We honor our members' achievements at our Annual Scholarship Banquet, where scholarships, recognition and prizes are awarded to members with a 3.5 GPA and above.
