TUBE BAKE SALE! YOU CAN HAS SWEETS TOO.
Remember how Willy Wonka could make the Tubes produce chocolate for you to just reach in and take out? Well TUBE is not that talented but we can still provide sweets. You just have to do a little more work. Come outside the Boot on April 4th from 9pm to 2am for almost every piece of baked goodness you can imagine.

THANK YOU FOR WATCHING.
TUBE is the entirely student-owned, entirely student-operated television station serving Tulane University and Greater New Orleans. We exist to provide creative and entertaining programming and hands-on artistic, communications, business, and leadership experience to Tulane students.
TUBE is currently succeeding its defunct predecessor, Tulane Student Television, which unfortunately did not weather Hurricane Katrina. We invite you to join us as we rebuild, renew, and reprogram with us.
TUBE is made possible thanks to the generous assistance of the student body of the Tulane University, their representatives in their Undergraduate Student Government, and the Board of Administrators for the Tulane Educational Fund. We are indebted to our fellow student media organizations, The Hullabaloo and WTUL 91.5, for their wisened guidance and moral support.
We are especially indebted to Ms. Tel Bailliet, Director of Student Media and Publications. We at TUBE firmly believe that this station could never have emerged were it not for her tireless dedication, sheer tenacity, and remarkably astute insight.
We thank you for visiting us. We hope this site can help you learn more about what's on, what's happening, what's hot, and what's not. We encourage you sample TUBE programming available on Channel 50 on Tulane's primary, Uptown campus. At the same time, we invite you to contact us with any questions, comments, or concerns you may have.
You stay classy, Tulane.

YOU CAN HAS A TV SHOW.
Have you ever wanted to join the high-tech, fast-paced, fabulous world of television? Because if you have--and are apparently not easily put off by introductions such as those--you might just be the kind of person we'd like to have produce some programming. Here's how!
Step 1. Cut a hole in the box.
Step 2. Put your programming proposal in the box.
Step 3. Make our Programming Director open the box.
Now, those who've either caught the reference or intently followed those instructions are probably wondering about equipment, so here's the good news: If we approve a proposal, we'll schedule and provide our cameras, studio space, and editing terminals to make your artistic vision a reality.
Still interested? Learn more about how to make your show here.Posted by Chris Koski at 3:19PM |
omg! check out our blog.
We at TUBE have long thought, like many, that blogs are self-indulgent, marginally pointless, and frequently porely ritten. Yet, somehow, our staff has opted to collectively write We Have No Technology, a side project we have hope might reflect our work in rebuilding in some sort of meaningful way.
We invite you to read along. Be sure to drop us a line with your thoughts.Posted by Chris Koski at 3:19PM |
