DESCRIPTION: In an attempt to expose local young elemetary school students to the different worldly cultures, Tulane held an international fair with booths set up about different countries and something unique about the country and the culture. TUVA represented Vietnam and had the kids make the rice patty hats. It was a fun experience and the kids seem to really like wearing around a hat that they decorated.
