Students who wish to qualify for the Louisiana Real Estate Salesman's Licensing Examination must complete a minimum of 90 contact hours of coursework (equivalent to six credits or two real estate courses) in the following:

Students who are interested in qualifying for the Louisiana Real Estate Broker's License Examination must complete a minimum of 150 contact hours (equivalent to 12 credit hours) in the following:
