The Louisiana Real Estate Commission Licensing exam
Any student wishing to qualify for one of the Louisiana Real Estate Licensing Examinations should contact the Real Estate Commission in Baton Rouge at (800) 821-4529 or (225) 925-4788 to get a complete copy of the examination requirements and information. The requirements may change and not be reflected on this site.

Students who wish to qualify for the Louisiana Real Estate Salesman's Licensing Examination must complete a minimum of 90 contact hours of coursework (equivalent to nine credits or three real estate courses) in the following:

Students who are interested in qualifying for the Louisiana Real Estate Broker's License Examination must complete a minimum of 150 contact hours (equivalent to 15 credit hours) in the following:
