Understanding Your Legacy

This workshop will look into re-launching, living, and leaving a legacy with handouts and resources available. It will be fun and informative!

Excel for Beginners

After successful completion of this session, participants can expect to have the skills required to work efficiently in an existing worksheet and to also create new worksheets from a template and from scratch.

The topics to be included are:

  • advantages of electronic spreadsheets
  • creation of basic spreadsheets by entering texts, values, and formulas
  • use of templates
  • use of built-in functions
  • editing spreadsheets
  • Excel shortcuts and toolbars
  • formatting spreadsheets and cells
  • printing

Beginning Watercolors

Beginning Watercolor workshop will give participants basic lessons in watercolor techniques and color mixing. The workshop will result in a completed painting and the skills to continue self-led work in watercolor beyond the classroom.

How to Understand Your Dreams

How to Understand Your Dreams: this workshop will teach you why and how to record and work with your dreams for insight, inspiration, guidance, and enrichment. Learn where dreams come from and how they can lead you to a creative, purposeful, and balanced life. Handouts included.

Smoking Cessation
Date: October 23, 2015

Cost: $10

The participant will be able to identify personal risk factors associated with tobacco use. The participant will have a clear understanding of available pharmacotherapies and proper use. The participant will be able to identify at least three resources in the community.
