Sexual Harassment


According to the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, sexual harassment is defined as "unwelcome sexual advances, requests for sexual favors and other verbal comments or conduct of a sexual nature when: submission to or rejection of such conduct by an individual is used as the basis for employment decision, including, but not limited to, the individual's employment; or such conduct has the purpose or effect of interfering with an individual's work or performance by creating an intimidating, hostile, or offensive environment".
