When you visit the forums (using link above), you'll find a page of open discussions and support topics. First, we recommend you register with the forum (click the 'Register' link at the top of the forum page. Next, find the topic the most closely describes the nature of your problem... click on that topic and then, after reading through the posts by other users to make sure your question/problem has not already been answered/addressed, click 'New Topic'. Once you submit a post, the board users, admins and community members alike, can respond to your problem. Similarly, if you come across a post by another user that you can add to, feel free to respond to the post using the 'Reply' button.

Of course, the system is not instantaneous in its response time, but it offers a solution to those users with nagging issues. If you have a technological emergency, see a lab assistant, or, failing that, browse the forums for a solution already posted.
