Rev. Max Zehner

As Campus Minister, Max serves the university community by directing the Wesley Foundation and acting as the United Methodist Chaplain. A life-long Green Wave fan who grew up in the New Orleans area, Max came to Tulane during the summer of 2003 after completing a Masters of Divinity from Duke University (2003). Prior to graduating from Divinity School, Max received a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Southern Mississippi (1999), served as the Graduate Intern at the USM Wesley Foundation, served as Pastor of Brooklyn UMC in Mississippi, and served as a Divinity School Intern with the Wesley Fellowship at Duke University. Along with his passion for campus ministry, good friends and family, and good fun, Max enjoys cheering on the Green Wave, Golden Eagles, and Blue Devils, as well as participating in any type of sporting event.
