PAYROLL: W2 Information
- 2007 W-2s Are In The Mail: W-2's were mailed Tuesday, January 29th to your home address of record. Please allow four to six weeks for delivery. If after February 29th, you haven't received your W-2, replacement copies will be available.
An employee is required to complete a W-2 Reprint Form to request a replacement of a lost or misplaced W-2. Replacement W-2 forms may be mailed to your home of record or picked up at the Office of Payroll Administration 200 Broadway, Suite 218. Please call 504-865-5346 to verify your copy is ready for pick-up.
As a reminder, it is our policy not to release any confidential information, which includes employee earnings and tax information, by phone, fax or email. The W-2 forms cannot be emailed or faxed and cannot be sent to a third party such as the employee's accountant.
To have the form mailed to an address other than your address of record will require you complete a PPI form and change your address accordingly.
