I. Expression and purification of recombinant Alkaline Phosphatase (AP)

II. Analysis of AP protein purification

III. Recombinant DNA Technology: Generate a recombinant DNA clone to express bacterial AP in E.coli

IV. DNA sequence analysis

V. Polymerase Chain Reaction

Vl. Southern Blot Analysis

Enrollment is limited .
