Seminar Program
The Department of Biochemistry
at Tulane University Medical Center
offers comprehensive graduate training in the molecular aspects of biological
processes. Studies leading to the Ph.D. degree are designed to prepare students
for careers in research and education in the biomedical sciences. Individually
tailored training programs are conducted in modern laboratories and are complemented
by course work, tutorials, laboratory rotations, and seminars that expose students
to the full breadth and interdisciplinary nature of Biochemistry and Molecular
