Student
Tours
Interactive guided tours can be tailored to meet your curricular needs. Special hands-on art projects that relate to the exhibition are often available to school groups upon request. The Newcomb Art Gallery will help cover the cost of bus rental for New Orleans Public School groups.
Self-Guided
Tours
Teachers are welcome to lead their own tours through the Gallery. Please notify the Gallery to schedule your visit as docent-guided tours have first priority in the Gallery space.
How
to Schedule a Tour
To organize your tour and
discuss the specific topics you would like addressed during your
visit, please call the gallery at least two weeks before your
visit. The Gallery is sometimes able to accommodate groups
on shorter notice.
