The textbook is Fundamentals of Biochemistry by Voet, Voet, and Pratt, available in the Bookstore.
Lectures will be derived from a variety of sources, including the suggested textbook.

GBCH 601 is being taught in coordination with an optional laboratory course, GBCH602, Biochemistry and Molecular Biology Lab. The lab meets Thursday from 12:00-4:00PM.
